| Conference Objectives | Nurse educators are in the business of encouraging and motivating professional development for members of the nursing profession. In order to meet the challenges that this presents educators need to address their own professional issues. Nurse educators are charged with the responsibility of identifying and problem solving their professional issues in order to empower themselves as change agents of their own destiny. Only when they have appropriate strategies in place to achieve this, can they deliver innovative education that is appropriate for the time and meets the professional development needs of the nursing profession. The aim of the 11th National Nurse Education Conference is to explore these professional issues and the impact they have on educators and those they educate. |
